Scope
This policy covers the public website at orbittest.dev, the open source OrbitTest CLI documentation, and the product information for Orbittest Studio.
OrbitTest is designed as a local-first testing tool. Test files, reports, screenshots, traces, device logs, and automation output are controlled by the person or team running the tool.
Website Data
The website does not include account creation, payment forms, newsletter forms, analytics scripts, or embedded contact forms.
- The site loads fonts from Google Fonts.
- The home page requests the latest OrbitTest package version from the npm registry.
- The site uses local images and static files to present docs, screenshots, and project pages.
Third-Party Services
External links may take you to GitHub, npm, LinkedIn, Google Fonts, or other services referenced by the documentation. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.
When you choose to contact OrbitTest through LinkedIn, LinkedIn handles that message and related profile information according to LinkedIn's terms and privacy policy.
OrbitTest CLI and Orbittest Studio
OrbitTest CLI runs in your local development or CI environment. Orbittest Studio runs as a desktop application for Android QA workflows.
- Test code and generated reports remain in your environment unless you upload, publish, or share them.
- Browser screenshots, traces, console logs, and network diagnostics may contain application data from the system under test.
- Android device logs and UI hierarchy data may contain app, device, or test-environment details.
- You should review artifacts before sharing them in issues, pull requests, chats, or public repositories.
Security
The site uses a restrictive Content Security Policy, safer external-link handling, and static-hosting security headers where supported by the host.
If you need to report a vulnerability, use the GitHub private security advisory flow where available, or contact the maintainer through LinkedIn. Please avoid posting sensitive vulnerability details in public issues.
Contact and Updates
For privacy questions, product questions, or collaboration, contact Abhay Kumar through LinkedIn.
This policy may be updated as OrbitTest changes. The updated date at the top of this page will change when meaningful updates are made.
